Terms & Conditions — gobhui Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the gobhui website accessible at gobhui.onl and all associated services, games, and betting products offered therein.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account with gobhui and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any BDT balance deposited into, won on, or otherwise credited to a Player's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by gobhui subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other product available on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the operative time zone for all Platform transactions and records.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 gobhui reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

2.3 If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, gobhui will immediately close the Account, void all transactions, and forfeit any Funds held therein. Where Funds were deposited by a minor, gobhui will use reasonable endeavours to return the deposited amount to the payment source.

2.4 Access to gobhui is limited to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

2.5 Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of gobhui are not eligible to hold a Player account or place bets on the Platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Each individual may register only one Account on gobhui. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to keep your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. gobhui will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

3.4 You must notify gobhui immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. gobhui reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

3.5 gobhui may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain Platform features. KYC documentation may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 All financial transactions on gobhui are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gobhui does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

4.2 The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at gobhui's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated in your Account portal at the time of the request and may vary by payment method.

4.4 Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. gobhui is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's payment information page. gobhui reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.6 You may only withdraw Funds to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.7 gobhui does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which gobhui accepts no responsibility.

4.8 gobhui reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 gobhui may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer will be clearly stated in the offer details.

5.3 gobhui reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any bonus balance will be removed from the Account. Real-money Funds deposited by the Player will not be affected.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other Players to generate artificial wagering — is strictly prohibited and will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent Account closure.

5.5 gobhui reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Platform Conduct

6.1 All casino games offered on gobhui use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined independently of gobhui's systems.

6.2 Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change at any time prior to event settlement. gobhui reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit betting markets where there is evidence of suspicious activity, data errors, or event irregularities.

6.3 In the event of a technical failure or system error during gameplay, gobhui will use its transaction logs to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

6.4 You agree not to use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage in games, or harvest data from the Platform. Any such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.

6.5 Collusion between Players in table games, live casino rooms, or tournaments is strictly prohibited. gobhui actively monitors game sessions for collusive behaviour and will take immediate action where it is detected.

6.6 You are responsible for all bets placed from your Account. gobhui will not reverse settled bets on the grounds that they were placed in error, unless a demonstrable Platform technical error can be verified in gobhui's system logs.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 gobhui is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your Account settings at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, temporary time-out periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

7.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, gobhui will take reasonable steps to prevent the affected Account from accessing the Platform and will not direct marketing communications to the excluded Player.

7.4 gobhui reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any Account at its discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exhibiting indicators of problem gambling, without prior notice to the Player.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the gobhui Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and data — is the proprietary property of gobhui or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any Platform content without gobhui's express written consent.

8.3 The gobhui name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary identifiers of gobhui. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gobhui's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.2 gobhui shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if gobhui has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 gobhui does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gobhui shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or events beyond gobhui's reasonable control.

10 Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

10.1 gobhui reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10.2 gobhui may terminate or suspend your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. In the event of Account closure for reasons other than breach, any verified remaining Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the gobhui Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute may be submitted to gobhui's support team at [email protected] as a first step toward resolution.

10.5 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gobhui with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
